1、 Product Introduction
The GDAT series flocculant automatic dissolution and dosing device is an automatic, continuous integrated flocculant dissolution and dosing device, with a solution preparation range of 0-4000 liters/hour and a concentration of 0.1% -0.5%.
This device consists of a three chamber box, a dry powder feeding system, a solution stirring system, a control system, and a liquid feeding system. This device is an automatic continuous configuration and dosing system for powdered polymer flocculants. The dry powder flocculant enters the instant dissolving device from the screw propeller and is pre mixed with clean water. The moistened material enters the preparation tank for stirring and dilution, and is prepared according to the required concentration; If it is a liquid flocculant, it is directly added to the preparation tank by a screw pump. During the preparation process, the inflow rate must be relatively stable under the observation of the flow meter to ensure that the concentration of the prepared solution remains constant throughout the entire working process.
The prepared solution enters the storage tank after passing through the maturation tank. When the liquid level in the storage tank is at a high level, the preparation process automatically stops and the dosing process continues. When the solution drops to the medium level, the batching process is automatically restarted. Both the preparation tank and the maturation tank are equipped with multi blade agitators to fully ensure the dilution and maturation of the flocculant. In addition, when the solution in the storage tank is insufficient, the lower liquid level alarm system will be triggered, and all systems will stop. Manual dosing and water inlet must be added to the middle liquid level system to continue automatic operation. This device is characterized by high automation, stable performance, reliable operation, and simple menu operation.

3、 Product Features
*High degree of automation, simple and convenient operation.
*The system is stable and reliable. In the event of a malfunction, the relevant equipment will automatically stop as required and sound an audible and visual alarm.
*The powder is fed using a spiral feeder with adjustable speed, ensuring uniform and dispersed feeding with an accuracy within 1%.
*Under the specified production volume and continuous liquid feeding conditions, the maturation time of the prepared solution is guaranteed to be at least 1 hour. Its preparation concentration is 0.1% -0.5%.
*Made of stainless steel or PVC material, it has good corrosion resistance and is aesthetically pleasing.
*Adopting a three tank overflow solution operating system makes the equipment structure simple, small in size, and easy to install. Suitable for the process flow of dissolving and continuously adding chemicals.
*The premix accelerates the hydration of the powder, and the water flow state can be adjusted.
